Avoid use of lubricants, oil, soap, etc. prior to collection.

Failure to following proper labeling, collection, transport and storage policies
Quantity not sufficient
Specimen contaminated with lubricants, oils, soap, etc.

Refrigerate 2-8^o C for 24 hours

Negative or <50 globules/hpf is considered normal
